Taylor’s HVAC Inc. and Taylor’s Renovation Co. were created through long hours, faith, and a commitment to doing things the right way, even when it wasn’t easy.
What started small has grown into a licensed and insured company serving both residential and commercial clients across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and full-scale renovations.
Randy leads the field side of the business, bringing years of hands-on experience and making sure every job is done with precision and care. Susan leads the business operations, growth, and customer experience, always pushing the company forward while keeping relationships at the center of everything.
Together, we’ve built more than just a company, we’ve built a name our community can trust.

Meet Randy & Susan Taylor
Taylor's HVAC Inc. is proudly owned and operated by Randy and Susan Taylor. What began as a small family operation has grown into a trusted name across Eastern North Carolina for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and renovation services.
Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to doing things the right way, Randy and Susan have built a company known for reliability, integrity, and quality workmanship. Their hands-on leadership and strong values continue to guide the company as it grows.
Today, Taylor's HVAC Inc. proudly provides licensed plumbing, electrical, and mechanical services for both residential and commercial customers while continuing to serve the communities that helped build the company.
Meet Zeke Taylor - The Next Generation
Ezekiel “Zeke” Wells is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps, and we couldn’t be more proud of the man he’s becoming.
The same values we’ve built in our company on discipline, commitment, and doing things the right way, are the same values he’s carrying with him in his service.
While serving, Zeke is also preparing for his future beyond the military. He’s already taking steps into real estate and learning the ins and outs of the construction and renovation world, with plans to return home and be a part of growing what we’ve built.
Taylor’s has always been about more than just business, it’s about family, legacy, and building something that lasts. Zeke is a big part of that future.
